Lishi Chemical is a key supported enterprise by the National Strategic Emerging Industries Fund. Faced with the complex economic situation, we have a responsibility to assist the government in solving the problem of employment pressure, help schools improve employment security, and provide a platform for college students to develop and grow. To this end, we will launch a comprehensive campus recruitment campaign, hoping to take the opportunity of industry university research cooperation to provide college students with a clearer understanding and planning of their future career directions through specialized presentations at universities. 

In March 2024, Lishi Chemical, as an employer, was invited to participate in the Hebei Engineering University School Enterprise Cooperation Seminar. The two parties reached an agreement on scientific and technological innovation, talent cultivation, internship and employment, and signed and awarded the employment and entrepreneurship base on site. In order to provide a broader academic exchange platform and practical opportunities for graduate students, as well as to enhance their comprehensive quality and social adaptability, the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hebei University of Engineering has specially invited external experts with academic backgrounds and rich practical experience to participate in the school's graduate training work. The leader of the Lishi Chemical Technology discipline and the head of the R&D center have been appointed as supervisors for master's degree students in Chemical Engineering to carry out joint training of professional talents and scientific research projects. 

Excellent talents are important assets for enterprises. Lishi Chemical has always adhered to the concept of valuing and cherishing talents, and has established a long-term friendly cooperative relationship with Hebei University of Engineering. Through this seminar, a new platform has been formed for close cooperation, complementary advantages, resource sharing, and common development between schools and enterprises, which has enhanced the brand influence of Lishi Chemistry among students and given more confidence in providing high-quality dream platforms for students. 

The convening of this seminar has further enhanced the deep friendship between schools and enterprises, promoted the construction of the school enterprise cooperation system, and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. In future work, we will continue to focus on deepening school enterprise cooperation and promoting the integration of industry and education in the education model, cultivating high-quality and high skilled professionals who meet the needs of social development, and contributing to the high-quality development of the Chinese economy.
